Returns & Refunds

At ERAFEM, we care deeply about comfort, hygiene, and customer experience.

Withdrawal Right. Under EU and Czech law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. This right applies to the full order, including the cheapest standard delivery method we offered at the time of purchase. For hygiene-sealed products, the right of withdrawal expires once the sealed packaging has been opened (§ 1837(e) of the Czech Civil Code).

Extended Voluntary Window. As a courtesy, ERAFEM extends this period: you may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your package under the same conditions.

To withdraw, simply send us any unequivocal statement (email is sufficient) to info@erafem.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. You may use the form, but are not required to.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and unworn
Be unwashed
Be free of stains and odors
Have all original tags attached
Be in the original sealed packaging with the hygiene seal intact

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@erafem.com

A description of the issue
Photos if applicable

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible. Note: the 7-day window helps us resolve your case faster but does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which apply for 24 months from delivery regardless of packaging or timing.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please notify us by email at info@erafem.com or via the model withdrawal form. We will confirm your withdrawal and provide the return address and shipping instructions within 3 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and including your order number inside the parcel, as ERAFEM is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.

Refunds

Refunds include the purchase price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered at the time of order. We process approved refunds to the original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from your withdrawal — we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. In practice, refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days of receiving your return.

Pre-Orders

As ERAFEM is currently operating through limited first-release pre-orders, shipping times may vary slightly. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on each product page.
