Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products from ERAFEM STYLE S.R.O., with registered office at Školská 660/3, 110 00 Praha – Nové Město, Czech Republic, IČO 23474564 ("ERAFEM", "we", "us").

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

ERAFEM currently operates through a limited first-release pre-sale model. All products purchased during the First Release are considered pre-order items unless otherwise stated.

Payment is collected at the time of ordering. The estimated shipping date for pre-order items is 20 October. This date is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date; delays may occur due to production, international shipping, and customs processing.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If ERAFEM is unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A purchase contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Until dispatch is confirmed, we may decline or cancel any order — for example due to pricing or listing errors, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and its integrated payment providers. ERAFEM is not liable for outages or errors of third-party payment processors.

Prices are displayed in Czech koruna (CZK). ERAFEM STYLE S.R.O. is not registered as a VAT payer; no VAT is charged.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Affected orders may be cancelled with a full refund (see section 3).

At this time, ERAFEM ships exclusively within:

• Czech Republic

Additional countries may become available in future releases.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the order to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information; ERAFEM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Under applicable EU and Czech law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Because our products are intimate hygiene items, returned underwear must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and packaging. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Products that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used may be refused or refunded only partially, as permitted by law.

Your order is delivered with a hygiene seal. For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal is removed or broken after delivery.

Your purchase is covered by the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity under Czech law, which applies to defects present at the time of delivery.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or damage resulting from failure to follow the washing and care instructions provided with the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

ERAFEM offers different period underwear models designed for various flow levels and needs.

Absorbency levels are indicative categories and may vary depending on the selected model. Individual experience may vary depending on flow, fit, and conditions of use. We recommend reviewing the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Our collections currently include models designed for:

• Heavy flow
• Medium flow
• Teens
• Post-period/light flow

ERAFEM products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

ERAFEM period underwear is manufactured using carefully selected materials and is designed for everyday wear.

The material composition of each product is listed on the product page and on the garment label. Customers are responsible for reviewing the materials and care instructions before use, particularly in case of known allergies or sensitivities.

ERAFEM products are intended for external use as underwear. Maintain normal personal hygiene and change the garment regularly during use. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend wearing the garment for a short period first to test your individual tolerance.

Individuals with known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may be affected by textile materials should consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

While ERAFEM strives to ensure the quality and safety of all products, ERAFEM shall not be responsible for adverse reactions resulting from:

• pre-existing allergies or sensitivities;
• improper use of the product;
• failure to follow washing and care instructions;
• reactions caused by detergents, fabric softeners, or other third-party products used in connection with the garment.

If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or adverse reaction while using an ERAFEM product, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice if necessary.

Most ERAFEM models follow the same sizing structure.

However, the Nova model is specifically designed for teenagers and may fit smaller compared to the rest of our collection.

Please note that product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERAFEM's total liability arising from or in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price paid for the product concerned, and ERAFEM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for personal injury, gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

ERAFEM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including production shutdowns, transport or courier disruptions, customs holds, natural events, or failures of third-party providers.

In such cases, the affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If the event prevents fulfillment entirely, you will receive a full refund.

All content on this website — including the ERAFEM brand, logos, product designs, photographs, and texts — is the property of ERAFEM STYLE S.R.O. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The version in force at the time of your order governs that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Out-of-court consumer disputes may be submitted to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz).

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

A failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
